Hebe ‘Sunset Boulevard’

‘Sunset Boulevard’ is a compact evergreen shrub with an excellent globe-shaped habit, even at a young age. When aging the plant will get a little braoder. Eventually it will reach a height and width of about 80 cm.

The healthy foliage is fresh green and more resistant than many other Hebe’s to fungal issues that dog many Hebe varieties. In spring the bright purple-pink flowers appear in dense racemes. The flowers open over a long period throughout summer.

‘Sunset Boulevard’ needs a well-drained soil and must not dry out in the season. It fits best in pots and tubs or even as a house plant. Of course it will do well in a (perennial) border in the garden as well.

The main features of ‘Sunset Boulevard’ are the healthy fresh green foliage in combination with the bright purple-pink flowers over a long period throughout summer.
